Ciji Khan
Ciji Khan is a Registered Social Worker in Manitoba, and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology Candidate. Alongside her academic pursuits, she takes pride in being a devoted mother to an energetic little boy.
With a career spanning 15 years in the child welfare field, Ciji has honed her expertise in working with children, youth, and families. She adeptly utilizes cognitive-behavioural therapy techniques while maintaining a strength-based and person-centred approach. Her experience also includes counselling neurodiverse youth and their families, as well as individuals and families living with addictions.
Ciji firmly believes in the inherent worth of every individual, regardless of lifestyle, race, culture, or religion. Her diverse background includes supporting individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, and various forms of trauma. Drawing upon a range of modalities, she skillfully guides individuals on their healing journey, ensuring they find a safe and welcoming environment when seeking her support.

Cheryl Simoens
Life's journey can be complex, filled with experiences that create struggles or barriers, leaving us feeling stuck or overwhelmed. As a dedicated Registered Psychotherapist, Cheryl understands the impact these challenges can have on our everyday lives, often manifesting as negative or unwanted thoughts, emotions and behaviors.
Cheryl is a recent counselling psychology master's degree graduate who brings a rich academic and diverse background to her practice. In her spare time, Cheryl takes pride in caring for her two rescue Husky dogs and enjoys getting outdoors.

Cheryl's experience encompasses work with diverse populations dealing with complex trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, maladaptive self-image, relationship conflict, grief and loss, emotion regulation, negative self-talk, and chronic illness/conditions. Cheryl had the privilege of supporting adults, adolescents and youth through various challenges in their life in career development and mental health services. Her approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a belief in the resilience of the human spirit.
